If your settings keep resetting every time you close your browser, please follow this steps:
Paste chrome://settings/cookies in the address bar to navigate to the relevant settings page.
Untick "Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows".
Might be browser version depended. If you can't find the setting there, try:
- Go to browser settings
- Security and Privacy
- Cookies and other site data
- Untick the "Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows" setting
